Apocalypse Paintball is a site in Royston that are very welcoming to walk ons. You can get a life time walk on membership for £10 which also gets you significantly cheaper paint from them and a discount from lips for being a member. This will allow you to play at the site in your own gear whenever (even punter days) but also have a walk on only day nearly every weekend. They have a very good air sup arena also. I plan on getting one for practice on quieter months. Like I said it's a LIFETIME membership, sounded too good to be true when he gave me the details. Check it out www.apocalypsepaintball.co.uk/cambridge/walk-on-club.htm

Honest to god it's £10 with no obligations.
They are strict on the no over kill rule etc and they watch new members carefully just to make sure they can be trusted not to go overboard until they get to know you (purely for the punters)

He did tell me on Saturday but can't remember exactly, all I remember is that I liked the price. I wouldn't want to hazard a guess and get it wrong mate. I can ring Marky G and find out if you want?

Just ring Jon Owen at LiPS and speak to them. It's not hard to get discounts if you talk to these guys.
It's Jamie Powell that owns Apocalypse. I think that £10 is to join the 'walk-on club' and then you'd sti pay a green fee and paint at the usual kind of prices. Again, give him a call to check details.
