Problem is we all get our kit via the mail network.
If this happens to you, then remember the following. Even though an item may only be insured for amount a, the transport company is in a contract to deliver the item in the same condition as it was collected. Make sure you get as many details down on postage as to what is enclosed, with a copy for yourself, and get that signed when you drop it off. A few pics will not hurt either.

I bought my Tactical vest from this girls husband who was a top bloke and dropped it off at my work place.
I hope they get it back.
