Hi Lads Please can all keep an eye out for my PURPLE NT11 as it's gone walkabouts between my house and Dye. It was sent with INTERPARCEL and was delivered on 25th but DYE are saying it never turned up and the driver only got a sign no printed name. It was insured but Interparcel are saying they have done there bit and don't want to know so can't clam on there insurance! I do belive DYE that it's not with them as only 2 people would of signed for it and they know me coz of Paul @ Sab. At the moment I'm sort of stuck at a dead end and this has been the last straw for me now.
Thanks Andy

EMail InterParcel asking for a copy of the signature they have on file for the point of delivery, plus date/time it was delivered.
Make sure you put in your EMail that you need this for your solicitor.
It's amazing how a well worded EMail can scare these people into doing the right thing......

If the courier has sent it to the right address then they should have a POD (proof of delivery). If you can prove that their POD is false, ie, wasn't signed for at the correct address, or wasn't signed for by someone who lives at the address then they will have to pay out.
Alternatively, if it was sent to Dye, you can send them the POD and ask them to find out who signed for it, again if you can prove it went to their address and was signed for, they will have to compensate you.
Hope you get it sorted mate, what s**t luck.

Also if it was being delivered back to you, I know it sounds stupid but try all of your neighbours. People often sign for something they don't know what it is and assume you have had a card posted through your door and wait for you to come round and get it.

Only sent 1 way as it was tracked all the way but the drivers PDA wasn't working and had to get a paper copy of sign done and now the company are trying to find it in there records but still waiting doesn't look good

If they can't find the paper work then it's there fault and will have to payout.
